Salmon fillet with Asian potato salad

Due to limitations in our deliveries, in some boxes the broccoli has been replaced by leek. Please ALWAYS check the allergens on the product packaging before cooking. The preparation changes as follows: In step 2, cut the leek into thin rings. You don't have to boil water. In step 4, add 1/2 tbsp butter per person, instead of olive oil, to the sauté pan with a lid. Fry the leek for 5 - 6 minutes with half of the dressing. The leek is supposed to become soft, but with a bite. Follow the rest of de recipe as described on the recipe card.

Shakshuka with homemade tortilla chips

Please ALWAYS check the allergens on the product packaging before cooking. The preparation of this ingredient does not change. However, it might be possible that the dish will be a bit watery. In that case, leave it to reduce a little bit longer.

Pork tenderloin with orange marinade

Due to limitations in our deliveries, in some boxes the little gem has been replaced by chicory. Please ALWAYS check the allergens on the product packaging before cooking. The preparation changes as follows: In step 4, cut the chicory into wedges lengthwise, but keep the hard core to prevent the leaves from falling off. Heat 1/2 tbsp butter per person in a sauté pan or large frying pan with a lid and fry the chicory for 1 minute on high heat. Reduce the heat, sprinkle the chicory with salt and pepper and fry for 10 - 15 minutes, covered with the lid. Then turn up the heat again, add 1/2 tsp honey per person and caramelize the chicory for 2 minutes. Carefully turn.

Easter Brunch

(1) Will you be making the Easter brunch 4 days or longer after you have received your box? Save the fresh herbs and asparagus in the freezer until usage.

(2) Tips for putting the asparagus and fresh herbs in the freezer:
1. Put the asparagus in the freezer when raw. Defrost and dry them before use.
2.Strip the fresh herbs leaves from the stems, wash thoroughly and allow to dry. When the herbs are dry, put them in a box and transfer to the freezer
