Due to limitations in our deliveries, in some boxes the broccoli has been replaced by leek. Please ALWAYS check the allergens on the product packaging before cooking. The preparation changes as follows: In step 2, cut the leek into thin rings. You don't have to boil water. In step 4, add 1/2 tbsp butter per person, instead of olive oil, to the sauté pan with a lid. Fry the leek for 5 - 6 minutes with half of the dressing. The leek is supposed to become soft, but with a bite. Follow the rest of de recipe as described on the recipe card.
